Collected for one purpose
We collect your data to execute automated booking and project notifications for the work you bought. Nothing more.
Consent is voluntary
Agreeing to automated calls and texts is never a condition of purchase, and it never changes your price.
Opt out instantly
Say or reply "STOP" or "Remove me from your list" and the number is suppressed permanently, no questions asked.
Terms of Service
The contract between you and Jericho Labs whenever you buy, book, or use anything on Jericholabs.io.
1.1 Acceptance of these terms
By accessing Jericholabs.io, booking a call, submitting a form, or purchasing any package, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy and Communication Consent disclosures below. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the site or purchase our services.
1.2 What we provide
Jericho Labs designs, deploys, and manages AI agents, digital avatars, AI voice call assistants, and custom software. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and support level for your engagement are set by the package you purchase and any written statement of work we agree to.
- Package descriptions on this site are summaries, not exhaustive specifications.
- Usage allowances such as included call minutes are stated per package; overages are billed at the rates disclosed before they are incurred.
- Third-party platform costs (telephony carriage, model inference, hosting) may be passed through where a package says so.
1.3 Fees, billing, and refunds
Setup fees are one-time and are billed at purchase. Monthly fees recur on the same calendar day each month until cancelled. All payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card number.
Setup fees become non-refundable once configuration and build work has begun. You may cancel a recurring monthly plan at any time before its next renewal date, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. We do not prorate partial months.
1.4 Your responsibilities and acceptable use
You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data, contact lists, and use cases you bring to us, and for holding valid consent for anyone our agents contact on your behalf.
- Do not use our agents for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or discriminatory outreach.
- Do not use our agents to impersonate a real individual without that person's written permission.
- Do not upload data you lack the right to process, including regulated health or financial data, unless we have agreed to it in writing.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense our infrastructure or prompts without a written license.
1.5 Intellectual property
You own your data, your brand assets, and the content you supply. Jericho Labs owns its underlying frameworks, tooling, prompt architecture, and reusable components. On full payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the deliverables built for you for your own business purposes.
1.6 Disclaimers and limitation of liability
AI systems are probabilistic. They can misunderstand speech, produce inaccurate output, and depend on third-party networks and models that we do not control. Our services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of uninterrupted service or of any particular business outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jericho Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost revenue. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
1.7 Termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate an engagement for non-payment, for breach of the acceptable use rules above, or where continuing would expose either party to legal risk. On termination we will provide a reasonable export of your data on request.
1.8 Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date at the top of this page, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Jericho Labs is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Privacy Policy
What we collect, the narrow set of reasons we collect it, who processes it with us, and how you get it back or get it deleted.
2.1 Information we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email address, phone number, and company name.
- Transaction details from Stripe: the plan purchased, amount, currency, and payment status. Full card numbers never touch our servers.
- Consent records: the exact timestamp at which you checked our consent box, and the wording you agreed to.
- Booking details you enter into our scheduling embed, such as your selected time and any notes.
- Communication records: call recordings, transcripts, and message logs generated when our AI assistants contact you, where permitted by law.
- Basic technical analytics such as page views and referrer, collected in aggregate to improve the site.
2.2 Why we collect it
Jericho Labs collects customer data to execute automated booking and project notifications. In plain terms, we use your information to place and schedule your onboarding call, confirm what you purchased, send you project status and delivery updates, provide support, and keep the records we are legally required to keep.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not rent, trade, or share your phone number with third-party marketers or lead brokers.
- We do not use your private business data to train public, general-purpose AI models.
2.3 Who processes data alongside us
We use a small set of vetted vendors strictly to deliver the service. Each one receives only the data it needs to do its job:
- Stripe — payment processing and billing.
- Attio — customer relationship records and consent logging.
- Bland.ai and Vapi — outbound and inbound AI voice call delivery.
- Cal.com — scheduling and calendar invitations.
- Vercel — website hosting and privacy-respecting traffic analytics.
2.4 Retention
We keep contact and consent records for as long as your account is active and for up to five years afterwards, because consent and transaction records must be provable. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for twenty-four months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Billing records are retained for the period tax law requires.
2.5 Security
Data is transmitted over TLS and stored with encryption at rest by our vendors. Access to production credentials is limited to the personnel who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we also keep breach-response procedures and will notify affected customers without undue delay if a breach affects their personal data.
2.6 Your rights
Wherever you live, you may ask us to exercise the rights below by emailing privacy@jericholabs.io. We respond within thirty days and we will not degrade your service or charge you for asking.
- Access — get a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — fix anything inaccurate or out of date.
- Deletion — have your data erased, subject to records we must legally retain.
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable export.
- Withdraw consent — stop automated calls and messages at any time, as described in the next section.
- Objection and restriction — limit how we process your data, where applicable law provides that right.
2.7 Children
Our services are built for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we delete it if we discover it.
Automated Call & Messaging Consent
Consent is fully voluntary, it is never a condition of purchase, and you can revoke it instantly.
3.1 What you are consenting to
When you tick the consent box and provide your phone number, you expressly authorize Jericho Labs to contact you at that number with automated calls, artificial and prerecorded or synthetic voice messages, and text messages, including through an automatic telephone dialing system, for booking confirmations, onboarding scheduling, and project notifications related to your purchase.
Some or all of these calls are placed by an AI voice assistant. The assistant identifies itself as an automated assistant calling on our behalf, and calls may be recorded for quality and training where the law allows.
3.2 Consent is voluntary
Your consent is entirely voluntary. It is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from us, and declining it does not change your price, your deliverables, or your support level. If you would rather not receive automated calls or texts, simply leave the box unchecked and contact us by email instead.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with the activity on your project.
3.3 How to opt out instantly
You may revoke consent at any time, by any reasonable means, and the revocation takes effect immediately. You do not need to explain why, and we will not ask you to justify it.
- Say "STOP" or "Remove me from your list" out loud during any call with our AI assistant. The assistant is instructed to confirm the opt-out and end the call.
- Reply "STOP" or "Remove me from your list" to any text message from us.
- Email privacy@jericholabs.io with the phone number you want removed.
3.4 What happens after you opt out
We suppress your number across every calling and messaging system we operate, and we keep a permanent record of the opt-out so that it cannot be undone by a future data import. You will still receive essential transactional email — receipts, security notices, and delivery of what you paid for — because those are not marketing communications.
To resume automated calls later, email hello@jericholabs.io and we will re-enable them only after you confirm in writing.
Instant opt-out
Say either phrase below on a call, or reply with it to any text, and we stop contacting that number immediately.
Prefer to write? Email privacy@jericholabs.io with the number to remove.
